🛒 Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email once it’s placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Can I update my billing or shipping information after placing an order?

Contact us immediately at sales@stellarimpact.co. We’ll try to make changes before your order ships.

Why was my order canceled?

We may cancel orders due to payment issues, inventory errors, suspected fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service. You’ll be notified by email if this happens.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking info once dispatched.

My tracking shows “delivered,” but I didn’t receive my order. What should I do?

Wait 24–48 hours (scans can be premature)

Check with neighbors, front desk, or local mailroom

Contact the delivery carrier with your tracking number

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping options may become available in the future.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

  • 30-day return window from the purchase date
  • Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns
  • International orders are final sale

How do I start a return?

Email returns@stellarimpact.co for approval and return instructions.

Can I exchange an item?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item within the return period and you can place a new order.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued within 10 business days after return approval and inspection. Contact us if it takes longer than 15 business days.

⏳ Pre-Orders

What is a pre-order?

Pre-orders allow you to reserve a product before it's in stock. Full payment is required upfront.

When will my pre-order ship?

Estimated dates are listed on the product page but may change. We aim to notify you of significant changes.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, any time before it ships. You’ll receive a full refund.

Will the price of my pre-order change?

No. Once paid, your price is locked in. However, future prices may change for new customers.

Can Stellar Impact cancel a pre-order?

Yes, we reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors, stock issues, or unforeseen circumstances. You’ll receive a full refund.

What happens if my order includes a pre-order item?

If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be held and shipped together once all items are available. We do not split shipments by default.

If you’d like to receive in-stock items right away, we recommend placing two separate orders one for the available items and another for the pre-order.
