Pre-Order Policy

When placing a pre-order with Stellar Impact, you are reserving an item that is not currently in stock but will be shipped once available. Please review the following terms before proceeding with a pre-order.

🔄 What Is a Pre-Order?

  • A pre-order allows you to secure an upcoming product before it becomes available for general sale.

  • By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the item will not ship immediately and agree to wait for its availability.

📅 Estimated Ship Dates

  • Most pre-order products include an estimated ship date on the product page.

  • These dates are estimates only and may change without prior notice due to manufacturing or shipping delays.

  • We will make a reasonable effort to notify customers of any changes, but we are not required to do so.

💳 Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at checkout to confirm and reserve your pre-order item.

  • Your payment guarantees the price at the time of purchase and that price will not change, even if the price of the product increases or decreases later.

💵 Pricing Policy

  • Stellar Impact reserves the right to adjust pricing on pre-order products at any time for future orders.

  • Any changes in pricing will not affect existing orders that have already been paid in full.

  • Stellar Impact reserves the right, at our discretion, to cancel or amend any orders placed as a result of system errors, typographical inaccuracies, pricing mistakes, or incorrect content.

❌ Cancellations

  • You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the item ships for a full refund.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us at sales@stellarimpact.com, or you'll be able to cancel within your order confirmation.

🚚 Shipping & Notifications

  • Once your pre-order item ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Standard delivery times apply after the item has shipped.

⚠️ Order Modifications & Cancellations by Stellar Impact

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Supplier delays or product availability issues

  • Lost, damaged, or defective inventory

  • Pricing or content errors

  • Technical glitches caused by our website or third-party platform providers

  • Suspected foul activity, abuse, or fraud

If an order is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

🛡️ Additional Protections

  • Pre-orders are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other products or store credit.

  • Stellar Impact is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Shipping carriers

    • Customs or import processes

    • Natural disasters or force majeure

    • Supply chain disruptions

  • By placing a pre-order, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these conditions.

    📦 Inventory Availability & Demand

    Pre-orders often sell out before the product is ever physically in stock due to limited quantities and high demand. If an item you’re interested in is no longer available for pre-order, we may or may not be able to request additional inventory from the manufacturer. This is not guaranteed, and availability is subject to supply chain limitations.

🛒 Pre-Order Fulfillment

If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be held and shipped once all items are available. We do not offer split shipments for orders containing pre-order items.

If you wish to receive in-stock items immediately, we recommend placing two separate orders — one for available items and another for the pre-order.
