STELLAR IMPACT™ Official Giveaway Rules

These Official Rules apply to all giveaways (“Giveaways”) operated by Stellar Impact LLC on our website or through our official social media accounts, including but not limited to Instagram (@stellarimpactco).

🕒 Giveaway Period

Each Giveaway will include a clearly defined start and end date published in the corresponding post or announcement. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be eligible.

✅ How to Enter

Entry instructions for each Giveaway will be provided in the official giveaway announcement and may include actions such as:

  • Liking a post

  • Commenting or tagging friends

  • Following an account

  • Submitting an email or form

  • Visiting our website

All entry steps must be completed as instructed to qualify. Incomplete entries may be disqualified.

🎁 Prizes

  • Prize descriptions and quantities will be detailed in each individual Giveaway post.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items unless explicitly stated otherwise.

🏆 Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected based on the criteria outlined in the Giveaway post (e.g., first valid entries, random draw, etc.).

  • Winners will be announced publicly on the same platform where the Giveaway was hosted.

  • Usernames or handles of winners will be displayed in the announcement post (e.g., Instagram usernames).

  • Winners will be contacted directly (e.g., DM or email) and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If unclaimed, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

  • Unless otherwise stated, all prizes include free shipping.

  • Stellar Impact LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, damage, or lost packages.

  • By participating in any Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the instructions provided in the Giveaway announcement.

  • Stellar Impact LLC reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any Giveaway at its sole discretion.

  • Giveaways are not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Funko, or any third-party platform unless specifically noted.

Information submitted during any Giveaway will be used only for the purpose of administering the promotion and delivering prizes. We will never share or sell participant data.
